CozmicLearning (“we”, “our”, “us”) is an educational platform that uses artificial intelligence (“AI”) to help students learn in an engaging cosmic-themed environment. By using CozmicLearning, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Students aged 13 and older may create an independent account. Children under 13 years of age must sign up using a parent access code to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). This ensures verifiable parental consent before we collect any personal information from children under 13.
CozmicLearning provides AI-generated explanations, study assistance, subject-based coaching, practice questions, summaries, interactive characters, and learning adventures across a variety of topics.
The Service is designed for educational support and enrichment. It is not intended to replace teachers, schools, or professional academic instruction.
CozmicLearning uses advanced AI models that may sometimes produce incorrect, incomplete, outdated, biased, or misleading information. We do not guarantee that any response is accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific use case.
You agree to: double-check important information, avoid relying on CozmicLearning for critical decisions, and seek guidance from teachers, parents, or qualified professionals when needed.
We are not responsible for any academic consequences, misunderstandings, or harm that results from reliance on AI-generated answers.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
CozmicLearning offers subscription plans, including: Basic Plan ($7.99/month or $85/year) and Premium Plan ($12.99/month or $140/year). All plans include a 7-day free trial. Pricing is subject to change with advance notice.
Payments are securely processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or during your free trial period.
You agree NOT to:
• use CozmicLearning to cheat, plagiarize, or violate academic integrity rules;
• attempt to disrupt, hack, or overload the platform;
• copy or scrape large amounts of content for redistribution;
• use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these rules.

Enforcement: We take intellectual property theft seriously. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of our proprietary materials may result in immediate account termination, civil litigation, and criminal prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising the use of CozmicLearning by children under their care. By permitting a child to use the Service, the parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on the child’s behalf.
CozmicLearning is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or improved academic performance as a result of using the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CozmicLearning and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the thirty (30) days before the issue occurred.
We care deeply about user privacy. Our separate Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information. By using CozmicLearning, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where CozmicLearning operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
CozmicLearning complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We require verifiable parental consent before collecting personal information from children under 13.
For children under 13: Parents must create a parent account and provide their child with a unique access code. This ensures that we have obtained parental consent before collecting, using, or disclosing personal information from children.
Content Moderation: All student questions are automatically moderated for inappropriate content using AI filtering and keyword detection. Parents are notified of any flagged content to help maintain a safe learning environment.
Parental Rights: Parents have the right to review, modify, or delete their child's personal information at any time. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform in any way.
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and data retention requirements.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
